13th, July 11th, August 15th, September 12th, October 17th, November 14th, December
12th, 2012. It is a low cost Spay and Neuter Assistance Program. It is MN SNAPs
mission to end the suffering and death of homeless animals due to pet overpopulation
by providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay and neuter services
to Minnesota shelters, rescue organizations, and the low-income community. To
