SNAP will be coming to Shear Elegance on Wednesdays - May 22nd, June 6th,
July 10, August 14th, September 17th, October 9th, November 13th & December
11th, 2013. It is a low cost Spay and Neuter Assistance Program. It is MN SNAPs
mission to end the suffering and death of homeless animals due to pet overpopulation
by providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay and neuter services
to Minnesota shelters, rescue organizations, and the low-income community. To
